Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made via the ‘Go To Training’ tool which is available from our website. For information on private courses, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon booking a course you will receive an email confirmation. Once the booking has been confirmed, you can access the pre-training materials. For delegates attending a face-to-face course we will email a delegate pack to the email address provided in the Training Registration. The delegate pack provides details of the course venue. If the delegate pack is not received, then please contact us on email@example.com
Invoicing, payment and Course Fees
Payment for training can made be via Paypal, Credit or Debit card, and is managed by the ‘Go To Training’ tool as part of registration. Alternatively if you would prefer to pay via an invoice please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The course fee is due and payable before the course start date. If payment has not been received 10 days before the course start date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Attendance can only be confirmed when payment has been received.
All our pricing for training courses includes tax as appropriate; VAT or GST.
Face-to-Face Course fees include instruction, course materials, a finger-buffet type lunch and light refreshments during breaks. They do not include accommodation, meals, travel or any other expenses that may be incurred by delegates.
The Online Course fee includes instruction and electronic course materials. It does not include equipment, connection costs, accommodation, meals, travel or any other expenses that may be incurred by delegates.
Cancellation, Fees and Refunds
You can cancel your booking up until the start date of the course, however, the following cancellation fees apply:

|15 calendar days and over||No cancellation fees|

You will receive a full refund of any associated payments made, less any cancellation fees payable, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the completed cancellation form.
Full payment is still required if the delegate does not attend the course. If a substitute is provided, then this will incur an additional £25 administration charge, local currency will apply.
At times, we must change a course location, course date, cancel or postpone a course. We will try to give the customer as much advance notice as possible of any such change. If the customer is unable to attend a course at the revised location or date, we will refund those fees. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages, even if we were advised of them.
