HasBean: So Rachel, There’s a bug in the new skills inventory system. I cannot delete unnecessary skills from Janes skill profile!

HR Manager: No HasBean, that’s quite right, only Jane can do that.

HB: But that’s crazy, she works for me and she does not do any programming in my team.

HR Manager: But that does not mean she can’t do it!

HasBean: Oh, I’ll just get the Admin to change it.

HR Manager: Here’s an idea HB, why not talk to her?
